2. Applicability

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, products, services, programs, agreements, and deliveries by Good Guys Ecom, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 By using our services or purchasing a product, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Services and Products

3.1 Good Guys Ecom provides coaching, digital education, access to an online learning platform, community, tools, and software to support e-commerce entrepreneurs.
3.2 All content is intended for educational and inspirational purposes. Good Guys Ecom does not guarantee any specific business results.
3.3 The customer remains fully responsible for the operation and execution of their own business.

4. Access and Usage Rights

4.1 Purchased programs grant access to personal accounts and may not be shared with third parties.
4.2 It is not permitted to publish, sell, or commercially use any materials, videos, documents, software, or platform access without prior written consent.
4.3 Good Guys Ecom reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms, without any right to a refund.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 All listed prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payments are processed via the payment methods offered on the website or platform.
5.3 In the case of installment payments, the customer is obliged to pay all installments in full and on time.
5.4 In case of non-payment or overdue payment, Good Guys Ecom reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access.

6. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

6.1 For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires once access to the material has been provided.
6.2 For coaching programs, a legal cooling-off period of 14 days after purchase applies, provided the program has not yet started.
6.3 Once coaching, an intake, or platform access has begun, the right to a refund expires.
6.4 In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted based on mutual written agreement.

7. Liability

7.1 Good Guys Ecom is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of services, content, or decisions made based on coaching.
7.2 The customer remains responsible for all actions, financial decisions, and business operations.
7.3 Good Guys Ecom strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee error-free content or suitability for specific purposes.

8. Community Rules

8.1 Participants must act respectfully, constructively, and professionally within the community.
8.2 Sharing spam, misleading content, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
8.3 Good Guys Ecom reserves the right to unilaterally terminate access to the community or group coaching in case of rule violations.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content, logos, videos, documents, tools, and software are the property of Good Guys Ecom or its licensors.
9.2 No part of these programs may be reproduced, distributed, or made public without prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

10.1 Information shared in 1-on-1 sessions, group calls, or in the community will be treated as confidential.
10.2 Customers agree not to share confidential or business-sensitive information from others outside the platform.

11. Amendments

11.1 Good Guys Ecom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
11.2 The most up-to-date version will always be available on the website.
11.3 In the case of significant changes, customers will be informed by email.

12. Force Majeure

12.1 Good Guys Ecom is not liable in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to illness, outages, pandemics, or technical limitations beyond its control.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

13.1 All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
13.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Good Guys Ecom is established.
